Generally for storyboards, I charge $50 for black and white boards of 3" x 1.5" or 3"x 2" and $100 for colour of the same size per panel. Storyboards that are bigger than this go up in price.
Comps and renderings can be priced at $200 to $250 depending on the complexity of the illustration.
Animatics generally go for $50 a photoshop layer in every frame for compositing.

Retail design Illustrations are generally around $300 black and white at a size that's 8.5" x 11" . and usually depending on the complexity around $400 for colour.All other types of Illustrations I use The graphic artist's guild handbook for pricing and ethical guidlines. An excellent book describing all facets of illustrations and their means of billing accordingly.
